I was struggling with my issues from a toxic, unhealthy marriage to suffering from PTSD symptoms that were beginning to take over my life. I was struggling to function socially and personally as a Mother, and the spill-over affected the livelihood of my career. I was a lost soul. Nicole selflessly allowed me to be open, and for the first time in my life, I was able to safely and confidentially divulge deep, dark childhood and teenage sexual abuses, as well as the mental, emotional, physical, and financial abuses I was suffering at the time, in my marriage. I felt understood and accepted for once in my life on a deep level with Nicole; she is a “real” person with real personal experiences in many of the areas of trauma and conflict that I had and was experiencing in my own life at the time. I was able to glean many valuable life-changing lessons that have empowered me to execute life-saving changes. This saving grace was gifted to me through the counsel and wisdom of a woman who took a personal stake in me and my children, which developed into an invaluable life-coaching “ relationship. Admittedly, it was difficult to revisit traumatic abuse; however, I can now create healthy boundaries in relationships in my life, and it has undoubtedly catapulted healing that has manifested in my life to this day. I have learned from this uniquely gifted, blessed Woman that it is never too late to recover from abuse and take charge of your life. I will always be eternally grateful for her wise counsel and experiences that have helped me take the courage to continue this life journey. As a child, I have been through a lot. As an adult, I had a tough time accepting my present, and it became a real big distraction for my future, but after a session with Nicole, all that changed. In 2020, we had a session about myself, my feelings, and my goals. It was tough initially because I always felt as if I was not being heard & my family didn't discuss problems. But after a few minutes of the conversation, everything just came out. The biggest distraction that I had was not accepting myself. But Nicole helped me with that by reminding me constantly to LOVE myself first & everything comes from within. I was giving people things (emotionally & physically) that I wasn't giving myself. Deep down, I was very unhappy & holding on to something (mentally) that became a distraction. From our session, she was able to show me & verbally express to me from one of her past experiences that I wasn't alone and had to start with myself. And that's what I did. Not only because she advised me to but because she believed in me. She thought I would be better if I had the proper steps. And now I am. I'm a better person, mother, and family member (whatever role that may be). Now I'm FREE, and I will always thank her for seeing something in me that I thought I never had, which was ................ Meeting Nicole was the best thing that ever happened to me. This lady is a god-fearing woman. When I met her, I was always negative. Everyone used to call me "negative Nancy." Still, she showed me and taught me that in every negative situation, I always look at the brighter side and try to see the positive in everything.....she has helped and continues to help me become the best young woman God had made me be. I'm still in progress, but I wouldn't ask for anyone else to be my mentor. SHE'S AWESOME!!!!!!
